- Work is done in the client's own tools wherever possible, under a confidentiality agreement signed before any access.

- Progress reviews are set in the proposal, with their dates.
Every engagement starts with a written scope.
Acknowledgement within 24 business hours; a scoping proposal follows a first conversation, in English or French.
